Fun and Crafty Ways to Recycle Disposable Wooden Chopsticks

The world is more connected than we think. Producers, suppliers, consumers, and all parts of the supply chain should work together to create a better world for us and future generations. We encourage the recycling or composting of any biodegradable products our customers purchase so that we can do more to help the environment.

Chopsticks and other biodegradable food containers represent a large percentage of the products we sell. In line with this, we are making this post to show some creative ways we’ve seen online on how people recycle used chopsticks. You may even get to use these for arts and crafts projects while you stay at home! A win for both you and the planet!

 

1. Flower Vase

2. Fruits Basket

Wood as a material really works well with items that come from nature especially as a container for food. Who wouldn’t want the “apple a day” that keeps the doctor away if they are presented this cute? The video on how to replicate this can be seen here. 

3. Night Table Lamp

For those who want to step their crafts game a notch and create something more functional and decorative, this project may offer a reasonable challenge. I can imagine this to be fun for those who also have some knowledge on electronics. The video on how to make this can be seen here.

4. Wine Rack

After a long day, it’s nice to be able to sit back and grab your favorite bottle from your own custom recycled chopsticks wine rack. I’m seriously considering making one of these. All thanks to this cool pin that we saw here.

5. Chopsticks Bin

The next time you carry your laundry to the washing machine or change the garbage bags you use, know that you’ve done the planet a favor with this functional and decorative piece. This cool pin gave us the inspiration to include this in the list.

The way we consume our products now will dictate the kind of world we and the next generations will live in. We the Pandas of Panda Prime like this planet; it’s the only one we have. We highly encourage everyone to be more proactive in saving this beautiful place we call home.
